Member Ranking

PAGE

The Aspirant must apply to the Applications Master who will send him/her the by-laws, ranking document and other required reading.  Upon acceptance of the by-laws, the Quest Master will assign the first two of the quest for knighthood.   The  Quest Master will then post the name of the aspirant and solicit that a Knight comes forth to oversee the new page's training.  The Quest Master will arrange for the page and his Arch-Knight to communicate with each other.  The Arch-Knight will assign the remainder of the quests and oversee the Pages progress, verifying completion of each quest.

SQUIRE

After half the assigned quests have been completed, verified and approved by Arch-Knight the page becomes a Squire.  At this point the aspirant should be granted access to any 'private' facilities available to the Knights in the particular realm, including buildings and bulleting boards.   It is the responsibility of the Arch-Knight to announce the completion of all quests on the ranking board and to email the GM/AGM/Scribe

FULL KNIGHT

After all quest have been completed the Knight will typically face a waiting period (typically one month) during which s/he might be required to perform tasks such as posting on the boards, patrols, or 'community service' in the realm.   After all requirements have been meet a public Knighting Ceremony will be scheduled in the realm.  The Knight will then chose the path of the Shield or the path of the Sword.  A knight may elect both paths.

After Full Knight status is attained the Knight will earn 'Ranking Points' by participating in such activities as posting on the boards, participation in on line events, patrolling the realm and others.   Thus a Knight will attain higher ranks in the Order
